The sweet, spicy, funky, umami sauce has layers of flavour elements, including the Korean fermented chilli paste Gochujang, nutty sesame oil, earthy fermented soybeans and more! A great condiment, dipping sauce or cooking glaze with grilled meats like chicken and pork, or plant-based proteins like tofu and tempeh.
