Inspired by the Hong Kong staple XO sauce, our XOXO is made with Bangalore ham, local dried shrimp and seafood. Toss into stir-fried prawns, noodles, fried rice, with eggs or just spoon generously any dish to give it a meaty punch!

Black Pepper Wok Sauce
Peppery, piquant and umami, our Black Pepper Wok Sauce is quintessentially Asian in flavour. It makes for a wonderful base for stir-fries, fried rice, or even a South Indian style pepper chicken with a curry leaf tadka!

Guizhou-style Chilli Crisp
Our Chilli Crisp is inspired by a staple from the Guizhou province of China, not to be confused with the perhaps more popular Sichuan-style chilli oil. Packed with three kinds of smokey chillies, this condiment is fiery but also filled with crunchy elements slow-fried tofu, nuts and seeds. Eat with noodles, broth, steamed rice, dumplings, potstickers, as a dipping sauce, or any other way you like!
